“The BJP Jammu and Kashmir has sent a legal notice to Chief Minister Omar Abdullah through post/mail, demanding that he either provide concrete evidence to substantiate his allegations of ‘poaching’ against the BJP or issue a public apology within seven days,” says BJP spokesperson
