Meanwhile, Ukraine’s Volodymyr Zelenskyy has responded to the latest wave of Russian attacks on Ukraine, confirming Ukraine had no prior warning from the US and seemingly accusing Washington of being in the state of denial about the reality of the war.
“Another Russian ballistic missile attack came in several waves overnight, and once again, there was no early warning from our partners,” he said.
