While hearing the applications, the court noted that the accused had expressed their willingness to join the investigation whenever required by the NIA. The seven accused are Matthew Aaron Vandyke and co-accused Hurba Petro, Slyviak Taras, Ivan Sukmanovskyi, Stefankiv Marian, Honcharuk Maksim alias Maksym and Kaminskyi Viktor. The agency submitted that the immediate presence of the accused was not required.
